Jewelry Artisan is a recent endeavor for Kathy although her design background began 30 years ago while studying to become a landscape architect.  Educated in the fundamentals of good design and then applying these skills to create comfortable and pleasing outdoor environments has given her years of design and artistic experience.  She has naturally been able to adapt the same design principles of texture, color, shape and balance used in landscape design to create her jewelry and has led her down the path of this recent creative endeavor - Jewelry Artisan.  

All of the jewelry is handcrafted.  Each design is original and unique.  Often several pieces of a particular design are made so that many people can enjoy the style.

Jewelry is designed with complimentary pieces in mind.  Quite often you will see matching sets of necklaces, bracelets and/or earrings made with similar materials and patterns.  (You can purchase one item or any combination of the set.)

When hunting for beads or findings we look for high quality material with interesting colors, shapes, and textures.  The type of materials vary ; semi-precious stones, handcrafted beads, blown glass, fire-polished glass, wood, shells, fresh water pearls, sterling silver, copper, vermeil.......

  Customer Satisfaction is imperative.  I am excited and proud of my jewelry line and want customers to be satisfied with their purchase.  I will do my best, within reason, to maintain this relationship.  Please simply let me know what I can do for you.

• E-mails and phone calls will be returned within 24 hours, often sooner.
• Orders paid with a credit card will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.  Items paid with a personal check will be shipped within 5-10 business days after payment is received.
• If an item is damaged during shipping or you are dissatisfied in any way, contact me within 3 days of receiving the item.  I will replace or refund the item once it has been returned and received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. (via the original carrier, in its original package & insured for its purchased price)
• I guarantee the quality of all of my work.  Although rare, if an item should break please contact me.  Within 30 days of purchase and normal wear and tear, I will repair it free of charge.  After that time period, charges will be applied based on the type of repair. 
• PLEASE NOTE: Many beads are handmade or of natural materials so variations do occur in shape, size and color.  This is normal and adds to the character of the piece. (Pictures shown on the internet are of a particular design.  The jewelry you receive may vary slightly from the pictures on the internet depending on the actual beads used in your piece, but the overall look will always be the same as the picture.)
